DANA LIŠKOVÁ
Always (and when I write “always, ” I truly mean always), I have known that my life path would lead me toward deeper work with people. However, I also knew that I first needed to mature and grow into a certain stage of personal development. An integral part of the coaching process is the personality of the coach, which is why not every coach may resonate with you. It’s not about playing a role—quite the opposite. A professional coach should know themselves well, including their strengths and vulnerabilities, to be authentic and relaxed during the coaching process. When the coach is at ease, it creates a safe environment for the client to relax as well.
I have now reached this stage in my life, and as soon as I felt this readiness within me, I jumped into coaching training after many experiential events. Currently, I am coaching clients under the auspices of the school where I am undergoing training, having already completed the course on basic coaching skills. I am now advancing to a module focused on deeper emotional work.
I see the importance of approaching issues holistically, exactly as life itself demands, because life is incredibly diverse.
GUIDE — Why Did I Choose to Guide People?
I prefer to use the word “guide” because it resonates more with me. For years, I had my own guide who helped me on my journey to self-discovery. A guide, to me, is someone who listens deeply without judgment. Someone to whom I can speak freely and without fear or limitations. A person who supports me but is also honest, offering relevant feedback and challenges that help me grow. Someone who asks appropriate and open-ended questions, allowing me to find my own answers in a safe environment and to build a life path that feels right for me.That is precisely the kind of person I aspire to be for you.
A GUIDE TO MYSELF
Don’t let my age mislead you. Over the past 25 years, I have gone through many phases, approaching them with intensity, responsibility, depth, and breadth. I am a firm believer in experiential learning. I have explored countless self-discovery techniques and methods: from various creative-therapeutic approaches to time spent in darkness, holotropic breathwork, even skydiving, a 10-day Vipassana meditation course, coaching, awareness techniques, working with international personality tests and their consultations, and much more.In short, my journey to this profession has always been through personal experience, growth, and the development of my personality and potential. I have undergone spiritual or spiritual growth, business development, personal growth, and mental development. A holistic perspective, combined with the natural law of constant change, is the alpha and omega from which I reflect my practice and profession. If this way of thinking resonates with you, I believe our collaboration will flourish.
What is Coaching?
Coaching is a professional process that supports you in achieving your personal or professional goals. A coach does not act as an advisor or therapist—instead, they guide you, ask questions, and help you discover your own answers and solutions.
Your Responsibility in the Coaching Process
The success of coaching depends primarily on your willingness to actively engage and work toward your goals. While the coach will support you every step of the way, the responsibility for implementing and achieving results remains with you. Together, we will set realistic and attainable goals, with the primary motivation and actions coming directly from you.
Who is Coaching Suitable For?
Coaching is for anyone who wants to move their life forward, find direction, improve efficiency, make better decisions, or achieve greater balance between personal and professional life. Coaching is a pathway to growth that you define—I simply accompany you and help you find the right path for you.
Coaching Within Training
Currently, I offer coaching at a discounted rate as I complete my coaching training and accreditation. This rate reflects my current stage of education and provides an opportunity to experience professional coaching at an accessible price. The coaching process respects your needs, adheres to the ethical code of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and focuses on supporting your personal or professional growth. Our collaboration involves 8 to 15 sessions held at regular intervals—either once a week or once every two weeks—depending on the area we are focusing on and your needs as a client. The first introductory session is free, giving us a chance to see how well we connect and determine if I am the right coach for you and if you are a client to whom I can bring value through my work.Feel free to reach out. Together, we will establish a path where you will finally feel at home.

Coaching with Painting
I personally enjoy using various methods for growth and self-awareness. I have been painting for several years, and combining coaching with these artistic techniques makes perfect sense to me. For this reason, I am also founding the Institute of Arthepy, where our instructors delve deeper into these methods. By blending deep coaching techniques with intuitive painting, we will create a space for self-discovery.From each session, you’ll take away something tangible to revisit and possibly refine over time. It’s not about the final artwork but the experience during the creative process and the awareness of the topic we’ll explore visually.
Technique
For this purpose, we’ll paint directly on canvas using acrylic paints, sprays, and other tools.
Pricing
The price depends on specific requirements, material costs, etc. Sessions can be arranged for a minimum of 2 hours.

Citace
Q& A!
What is and what is not COACHING
What is it coaching?
Coaching is a relationship based on collaboration between the coach and the client, where the coach acts as a guide. It is focused on the future and seeks solutions. It is not therapy, which explores past events or traumas, nor is it counseling, where the coach provides specific advice.
The goal of coaching is to help the client:
- Set Clear and Realistic Goals: The coach helps the client clarify their visions, dreams, or desires and turn them into actionable plans.
- Identify Obstacles: The coach asks questions that enable the client to recognize what is standing in the way of achieving their goals.
- Find Own Solutions: Instead of offering specific advice, the coach helps the client formulate their own strategies and steps forward.
- Improve Motivation and Self-Confidence: The coaching process allows the client to become aware of their abilities and strengthens their belief in their own potential.
What is not coaching..
- Therapy: While therapy deals with past issues, emotional traumas, or mental disorders, coaching is focused on finding practical solutions and personal growth directed toward the future. A coach does not replace a psychotherapist or psychiatrist.
- Counseling: Unlike counseling, a coach does not offer advice or predefined solutions. The coach does not tell the client what they should or should not do, but helps them find their own answers.
- Mentoring: A coach does not have to be an expert in the specific area the client is working on. Mentoring typically involves sharing knowledge and experience, while coaching supports the client’s autonomy.
- Motivational Speaking: Although coaching can be inspiring, it is not a one-sided communication where the coach only motivates the client. Coaching is an interactive process focused on specific results.
Confidentiality and the ICF Code of Ethics
As a professional coach, I work in alignment with the ethical code of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), ensuring high quality, professionalism, and respect for each client.
- Your Trust is My Priority
Everything shared during coaching remains confidential. I will not share any information about you with anyone without your explicit consent. The only exception may be a legal obligation (e.g., life-threatening situations). - Respect for Your Uniqueness
I approach you with respect and without any form of discrimination—regardless of your background, beliefs, gender, or lifestyle. Every client is unique, and our collaboration will always be tailored to your needs and values. - Clear Boundaries of Our Collaboration
Coaching is not therapy or counseling. I help you find your own solutions, but I do not offer expert advice or address deep psychological issues. If you require a different type of support, I will recommend appropriate professionals. - Your Responsibility for Results
I believe you have all the capabilities to achieve your goals. My role is to support and guide you through the process, but the responsibility for the results lies with you. Together, we will set realistic goals and create a plan that makes sense for you. - Transparent Communication
At the beginning of our collaboration, we will clearly define the rules, including goals, coaching format, duration, and fees. I will regularly inform you about the progress of our collaboration and together we will monitor your development. - Commitment to Professionalism
I continuously educate myself and improve my coaching skills to provide you with the best possible support. I adhere to the boundaries of coaching practice and ensure that our collaboration is conducted in accordance with the highest quality standards. - Supporting Your Autonomy
I believe the answers to your questions lie within you. My task is to ask you questions that help you find your own solutions. I will not advise you on what to do or make decisions for you—while I guide you, the journey is yours to define.
Together Towards Your Growth
My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and inspiring space where you can fully focus on your personal or professional development.
Creativity and coaching
Painting and creative activities are not just art—they are also profound tools for personal growth. When we create, we connect with our inner world, give space to our emotions, discover new perspectives, and find answers to the questions that trouble us.
Creativity helps reduce stress, relax the mind, and develop the ability to see things differently. Painting, in particular, opens doors to self-discovery—every color, every brushstroke reflects a part of our personality. Whether you are an experienced artist or a beginner, creating allows you to better understand yourself and initiate the changes you desire.
